If a person working in a foreign country is meeting some
psychological harassment, he is at liberty to report the same
to the Local Police Officer at the Jurisdictional Police
Station of that particular place and the copy of the report or
the complaint made can be forwarded with a representation to
the High Commissioner of the Embassy, to the Concerned Human
Rights Commissions and also to the Voluntary Help Groups or
Organizations known to you.
But, your question fails to mention the Person is, whether he
has obtained citizenship of that Country or not, and further
the harassment is by his relatives, outsiders or his peers at
his workplace or some where else. If the above said details
are furnished properly, it will ease us to answer you.

action in initiating a complaint before the Police Officer
concerned for the offence of Trespass and you have the remedy
by way of filing Civil Suit before the Civil Courts concerned
against the offender either for eviction or for your
possession.
