Q. In today’s world, is it very important to be externally beautiful? Do our appearances have any role to play in our life?
External appearance is different from personality. Personality includes sporting a clean look; a clean feeling; good health, the way you carry yourself, behave; the way you communicate with others, how helpful you are to others. Your inner qualities define your personality.
In terms of appearance, you may be stout or slim or fair or dark; you can use a cream to conceal your external blemishes; you can wear a wig. Appearances can be deceptive.
But your personality will express itself. An ugly looking person can be most charming because of his/her personality. A physically attractive person may turn you off with his/her pride or lack of etiquette.
So what really matters is --- personality.
